Can I request to see a Will or another document in a Probate file?
Yes, the probate files are a matter of public record. The presumption will be in favour that access should be given however, each request will be considered on an individual basis.

Is there a fee?
If you are given permission to access, or have a copy of, any document there may be a fee payable. Please check here for the up to date court fees. There is no fee to enter a request.
