It has come to the Court’s attention that there are occasions where licenses and extensions have been applied for but not collected, yet the events have continued.

Please note:

Licenses are NOT in force unless the fee is paid, and the licence is collected!

The licence MUST be displayed on the premises during the period for which the application has been made! Failure to do so could lead to action being taken, including the revocation of the premises licence or the early termination of the event for which the licence has been applied

Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received by the Clerk of the Summary Court and shall be dealt with by the Clerk without a hearing unless any person wishing to object notifies the court by:
