The Development Plan, The Plan, comprises of the Falkland Islands Structure Plan and the Stanley Local Plan. Both were adopted in 2015 and cover the period 2015– 2030. The Town Plan and Structure Plan are presented together for ease of use, however, legally they are separate entities.
Planning decisions must be taken in line with the ‘Development Plan’ unless material considerations indicate otherwise.
