Our Early Help services aim to provide the right service, at the right time to help achieve good outcomes. <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As professionals we will work with you to support you and your family to make changes to achieve positive outcomes. We work with children, their families and adults for a multitude of different reasons and different situations, when they need a little help and support.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We can help make a difference by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure the individual is at the centre of the process<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Building on the strengths of the child \/ family \/ adult<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meet needs to avoid problems becoming more serious<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can choose to use this service.
