The Sir Robert Peel Fund was started in 1990 by the then Chief of Police, Superintendent Ken Greenland, as a local police welfare fund.

The fund is unique to the RFIP and is there to help its members and boost the morale of the force. Funds are raised in several ways. Members of the RFIP make regular monthly contributions. Donations are often made by members of the public. Serving officers usually donate money awarded to them by the courts, for example compensation received in the line of duty.

Items in support of the Sir Robert Peel Fund are available to purchase from Stanley Police Station, Monday to Friday (0800 – 1600).

Come and visit us or e-mail [email protected] to reserve yours! Purchases from overseas can also be processed with additional postage fees.
