Statute Law Database contains:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ordinances&nbsp;<\/strong>in force in the Falkland Islands<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Secondary legislation&nbsp;<\/strong>in force in the Falkland Islands<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>United Kingdom laws&nbsp;<\/strong>in force in the Falkland Islands<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>European Union laws&nbsp;<\/strong>in force in the Falkland Islands<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:1vh\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">These laws (\u201cLegislation in Force\u201d) are made up of:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the complete and up to date text of all Ordinances and secondary legislation in force<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lists of all UK and EU laws in force<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Any Falkland Islands legislation made&nbsp;after 31 July 2017&nbsp;(Ordinances and secondary legislation) will also be included in the form in which the law is made (\u201cLegislation As Made\u201d), as well as being incorporated to update any Legislation in Force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OR&nbsp;see the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.legislation.gov.fk\/content\/file\/TTFL_Web_user_Guide_public.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Web User Guide<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;to help find your way around<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Statute Law Database is an authoritative statement of the legislation applying to or in relation to the Falkland Islands by Ordinance.&nbsp;The Statute Law Commissioner must aim to keep the Statute Law Database up to date&nbsp;at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.legislation.gov.fk\/view\/html\/inforce\/current\/fiord-2017-11\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Law Revision and Publication Ordinance 2017<\/em><\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A paper copy of the Statute Law Database is available at the Public Library in Stanley (and will
