FIG will seek to learn from feedback received in order to improve upon the services provided.<\/em> <em>If something goes wrong or you are dissatisfied with our services, please get in touch.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:1vh\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is a complaint and what can I complain about?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>FIG defines a complaint as: <em>&#8220;An expression of dissatisfaction by one or more members of the public about FIG&#8217;s action or lack of action, or about the standard of service provided by or on behalf of the Falkland Islands Government.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This may include but is not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unreasonable behaviour of conduct by an FIG employee;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poor quality or failure of service provision;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Policy or procedure not followed correctly.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:1vh\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who can complain?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyone can make a complaint, including a representative on behalf of the complainant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:1vh\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do I complain?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Complaints can be made in the following ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Email&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:enquiries@pcc.org.fk\">enquiries@pcc.org.fk<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.falklands.gov.fk\/feedback\">www.falklands.gov.fk\/feedback<\/a>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By contacting the department directly which concerns your feedback;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In person, writing, email or phone to the Chief Executive&#8217;s Office, Secretariat, Stanley. Phone: +500 28450, email: <a href=\"mailto:feedback@sec.gov.fk\">feedback@sec.gov.fk<\/a>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Via a Member of the Legislative Assembly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be encouraged to complete the Comments, Compliments and Complaints Feedback Form or the webform on the FIG website; this is to ensure that relevant details are recorded. It is easier to resolve complaints at the prevention stage, directly to the service area concerned; please talk to a member of our staff at the department you are complaining about. Then they can try to resolve any problems on the spot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:1vh\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When complaining, tell us:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your name and contact details&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As much as you can about your complaint and what has gone wrong<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How you want us to resolve the matter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:1vh\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How long do I have to make a complaint?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Complaints must be submitted within 3 months of the event happening.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:1vh\"
