If so, changes are coming!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Falkland Island Maritime Authority are opening a public consultation for the adoption of the UK Merchant Shipping (Vessels in Commercial use for Sport or Pleasure) Regulations (SI 1998\/2771).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This will bring into force codes of practice to ensure that all vessels operating in Falklands waters for commercial gain are up to satisfactory standards.
