FIG Salary: This is a dual graded role depending on qualifications and experience, commencing from £21,635 – £24,779 per annum within Grade G1 (Residential Support Worker) or from £25,450 – £29,189 per annum within Grade F (Senior Residential Support Worker).
The Opportunity: The Residential Support Worker will play a key role in the delivery of the Supported Living Service (SLS), providing high-quality, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, and at times children and young people.
Essential Criteria: GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English, Capacity and commitment to undertake relevant level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care, Manual driving licence, minimum of 2 years’ demonstrable experience supporting people with learning disabilities or adults and/or children with care and support needs.
Additional Information: Due to the sensitive nature of this role, successful candidates will be required to undergo enhanced background and criminal record checks.
Contract type: This is a permanent post on standard FIG terms and conditions.
