The KEMH pharmacy is the only one in the Islands and is staffed by a full-time pharmacist and two pharmacy technicians. <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The pharmacy sells a limited range of over-the-counter medicines, but most items are issued via prescription. Prescriptions are free to all Falkland Islands and UK residents. Patients in remote rural locations receive their medication through the post, including the replenishment of items kept in medicine chests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The pharmacy is open from Monday to Friday, between 9:30am and 12:30pm, and between 1:30pm and 4:30pm. You can order repeat prescriptions by calling the automated answering machine on 28065. You can also drop off your prescription in person or email the pharmacy team on <\/a>pharmacyoffice@kemh.gov.fk<\/a>. To speak to the pharmacist, call 28066.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
