Occasional Licence Applications – August 2026

During August, the Court is sitting for emergency applications only.

Should there be any forthcoming occasions prior to the 14^th of September, for which an Occasional Licence will be sought, we strongly urge any applications to be submitted to the court prior to the 27^th of July 2026.

LIQUOR LICENSING

It has come to the Court’s attention that there are occasions where licenses and extensions have been applied for but not collected, yet the events have continued.

Please note:

Licenses are NOT in force unless the fee is paid, and the licence is collected!

The licence MUST be displayed on the premises during the period for which the application has been made! Failure to do so could lead to action being taken, including the revocation of the premises licence or the early termination of the event for which the licence has been applied
