Variation To Original Planning Application (85.22.P)<\/h1>\n\n\n

Variation of the conditions of planning permission 04.22.P (removal of FIPASS and construction of new port with associated development) due to changes to the proposed method of disposal of FIPASS from dismantling on land to scuttling at sea (the scuttling to be subject of a separate planning application).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

An application is being made to vary the original planning application (04.22.P) for the New Port Facility and the documents relating to the variation will be available in full here from Thursday 25th August <\/strong>at 12:00pm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 The plans and details can be viewed at the Planning Office, Secretariat, Stanley, or can be downloaded from the files below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
